Sani Pass tarring update

The current status quo on the tarring of the Sani Pass is that no tenders have yet been made available and that work on this project may only start toward the end of 2013 and maybe even 2014.

Emergency repair work has been undertaken recently to allow tour operators to continue allowing visitors to enjoy the memorable 4x4 adventure up the world famous Sani Pass. Sani Pass is the only road link between KwaZulu-Natal and the mountain Kingdom of Lesotho and the only road that crosses the summit of the high Drakensberg
